COACHING DIRECTOR

Bob Crowell - Regarded as one of the most successful junior volleyball coaches in the country, Bob will be overseeing all aspects of coaching.  This includes practices, skill development, team development and game/system strategy.  One of the most important areas that Bob will be overseeing is the development of each player and as a whole team on and off the court.  So-Cal Juniors has developed a coaches training system to ensure that all coaches has the fundamental ability to train, develop and manage teams to the standard that we require.  Bob will be overseeing the training and development of all our coaches.
